850MV and memory weirdness

I have this new system which came with the Intel 850MV, two 128MB RIMMs and two continuity RIMMs. I go into setup and notice that while Bank 0 and Bank 1 display as having 128MB each, the total memory filed shows up as only 128MB. Boot up the OS and it confirms that there is only 128MB of memory. Try reseating the RIMMs, swapping them around etc, same thing.

Any ideas?
