8RDA+ Problems:

Just finished building a new system, but I ran into a problem. All of my fans spin, I get power to my devices, but I'm getting a "02" or "20" reading on the 8RDA+'s LED to indicate what went wrong in the BIOS. Both of those say "reserved" in the manual. The beep code is long-short. I couldn't get any type of answer on Epox's site or in the manual. Any ideas?

Don't have that MoBo but prolly the Memory...check ober @ the Motherboard Forum and you'll most likely get a confirmation.

I'm getting that MOBO and im ALMOST positive the 02/20 is memory not seated properly...

Reseat!

Ok, I reseated the memory in both channels, a no go with Kingston HyperX PC3200. I then put in a Kingston PC2100 module and the system posted. Any ideas?

EDIT: By trying "both channels" I mean putting 1 DIMM in slot #3 and when that didn't work putting it in slot #1.

The HyperX worked in a different computer I tried it in.

The 8rda+ (depending on the Rev) has some issues with memory types. Click here for a link to more info on this prob:beer:
