That's really solid advice. However I would point out that each of those modded monitors requires a video card. So he either needs 3 cards, or different monitors.ayush, im going to give you a serious answer now.
get a 4960x cpu and a mobo to go with it. get a 256Gb SSD samsung evo and a 2Tb HD.
2x gtx 780Ti or 2x 290x . a evga 1300w psu. 3x ASUS VG248QE .
google caselabs and find one you like.
buy a DVD, a H100i and call it a day.
go home, assemble everything, and play with it for a while. come back in 6 months and ask us again.

Well even AiO should pose some minor heebitus jeebitus due to leakage and pump failure risks.
