You will initally hate this response, but I'm guessing you are trying to prevent or reduce temerature gain as you run the computer, correct? If so, I'd not stop there. I'm going to propose something I use that you are going to think is overkill and complete bonkers at first, but give it a minute before you judge...

The rapid cool model is the one you want. You take a couple of hooks and screw them under the desk and hang the unit on that. You take four, 120 mm fans and use plastic ties to strap them down so they pull air through, not blow air through the radiator. You take the positive lead from all the fans and commonly connect them to a ceramic, 5 watt resistor you can find at Radio Shack to make the fans turn nice and slow and noiseless.

Sure you can! It's called quick disconnect connectors! Or...
You can even just use bungee chords to strap it to the case as you move it. Yes, this second deal is less than ideal.
I can tell you that you will gain quite an advantage by going to the more combersome external system. Not only will you reduce the risks of leaks inside the case, but you will reduce the amount of heat being transferred back into the case by passive means by the radiators themselves. The bonus is you will get better airflow and just plain more room in the case.
Think man! I'm not trying to pass off some lame belief system on you here. I'm trying to save you from the greif of experience I went through!

I just had an idea that may work for you. Get a 120 mm radiator and use those plastic wire ties. You run them through the fins on the radiator and then to the four holes at the corners of the 92 mm fan. Would that work for you?
