I second Buz2b's suggestion. And make sure that you have roughly equal amounts of air being sucked in and forced out of the case. Slight positive or negative pressure is not a bad thing, and can be helpful, but if you completely overpower the exhaust fans with intake fans, or vice versa, then the airflow gets all screwed up.
So, if you have an 80mm intake, an 80mm exhaust, and then an 80mm exhaust in the PSU, assuming the other two 80mms are the same airflow, then right nowe you have slight negative pressure. If you were to put a low-speed 120mm fan on the side, then its airflow would probably more than make up for the PSU, and you would have most likely have slighly positive pressure. And then an extra 80mm blowhole on the top would probably complement the extr airflow from the 120, so the best configuration would be, dont change any of the fans as they are, add a low-speed 120mm intake fan on the side, and add an 80mm exhaust fan on the top.
