I just wanted to throw my website out, in case you needed some tips. I know there are other sites out there, like TweakXP, but perhaps my site would be useful as well. Please don't hesitate to check it out...

Sunner basically explained why I did it. Faster loading, meant for all internet connections, not just broadband. Thanks for the compliment, Sunner!

Hey I'm at 1024 x 768 and I'm getting a horizontal scroll bar using IE 5.5. I like the just text layout also. Thought you might like to know about the scroller.

Dangit! I'm sorry about that. My display right now is at 1280x1024, so now I gotta figure out how to make it viewable in all sizes. Bah... LoL j/k
I'll try to see what I can do about this. If you have any ideas/suggestions, can you please reply? I'm using FrontPage 2002, FYI. Thanks.

Use percent as the sizing unit instead of set amounts of pixels, that way it should work for all resolutions.

Oh and drop FrontPage.

Your site sorta reminds me of the WWW 5 years ago, when the web was still about information, and less about flash(no pun intended), good work!

The only reason why I'm using FrontPage is because with the amount of time I have, I can't encode it to Notepad or something. I know lots of people might not like it, but it makes it a little easier.

Oh yeah, Sunner, I don't like all those flashy sites. I remember when I used dial-up, and I hated the wait. But, even though I have DSL, I still think of the people who can't get DSL. So, that's where I come from...my dial-up homies... (corny, huh?)
