A7M266 or GA-7DXR?

Which one is perferable from these two? Some points to bear in mind with my usage:

1) I will not be overclocking
2) I will not be using RAID as I have SCSI
3) I will not be using on-board sound

I realize these are more or less the same board, but I'd be interested to hear opinions on why one would be preferable over the other.

i love my 7dxr, rock solid, not overclockin, not using raid (currently, later though), not using on-board sound though i heard it was pretty good, i don't know a thing about the a7m266, but the 7dxr supports the athlon xp

7DXR is faster, and prolly cheaper than A7M. I'd take it over A7M
