A7N8X success @ 200

Any a7n8x users who is able to hit 200FSB?
Need to give some users (like me) some confident before I get this board

Not many from what I can see. The voltages on the a7n8x aren't as good as the Epox.

wonder why most of the reveiwers were able to hit 200/211 except anandtech??

Did those reviewers mention any extended use of Prime95 (like 24 hours or more)? Didn't think so.

i like to read, i hate to type, ya okay. So i had this deluxe at 200 with crucial 2100 and 2700,using a stock xp1700+ and an unlocked 2400+, obviously this ain't no big deal,so what exactly is the hang up?
Or did u mean OVER 200, cause that will take some work on the NB cooling for stability, been there out of the box and lost sound,
but quite happy doing 200, till i get some time off, what ever that is?

Abit NF7-S doesn't have the mounting holes. I need that to install my Alpha PAL8045..
that's the problem..

The Abits first run did not have the holes, but I remember reading they are going to add those back in this go around...I can not find the link now...

I've used 2 of these boards and have been pretty impressed, I was able to boot into windows with both boards at 200 fsb but my ram (samsung pc2700) couldnt run reliably. When running asynch, ram at lower speeds, I could push cpu fsb up to 230 reliably (though performance suffered a lot from the asynch timings)

I think the AT review didn't have this board over 200 fsb because they were not increasing vcore, and they were not lowering the multiplier.

I have the Corsair XMS memory and set the bios mem freq setting to "By SPD" and it comes up as 200MHz and the system has run fine since last month.

I run my A7N8X Deluxe at 198FSB normally which ran Seti@Home with 3DMark2001 looping at 1600x1200x32 simultaneously for 16 hours. 200FSB works as well but I have to back down from CAS2.5 to CAS3.
