Exec, can you hook us up with some links? We might be able to figure out what's going on.....
I had a Gigabyte S370 board that had very serious cold boot issues when overclocked. Drove me crazy. I did a wire mod, which solved the issue. At default speeds, the system is stable and performance was good. There wasn't any real problems ... Windows and all the drivers installed without a glitch. Overclocking has always been a problem with most boards. Careful adjustments are needed in the BIOS to make an overclocked system stable. While the system was overclocked, sometimes it would not bootup after restart. It would be OK after switching it off at the mains first ... then switch it back on. I mean, what kind of motherboard would it be ... if it never had any problems. That would be the day ;-)
If Abit doesn't come out with one, what are you leaning towards? ASUS or Gigabyte?Originally posted by: THUGSROOK
