I have this mobo..I think some have reported problems with ram in all 3 slots

my settings with crucial pc2100(2 x 256mg) are 2-2-6-2T if you are using the HPT controller it has been reported that 5T cuases problems...also 1T has been reported not to work with 2 sticks of ram....

also my mem voltage is 2.65

How are you setting it to run at 133Mhz. Is there a option that says Pci+33mhz like on the KT7 board?

I don't think you can run the Ram at 100Mhz and the Cpu at 133Mhz.

My KR7 with an XP1800+ runs fine on 3 sticks of Cricial PC2100 - which is DDR266.
The BIOS will start you out as an XP1500+ by default but you can set it to XP1800+, and even play with the multipliers in manual.
The memory setting should be at ULTRA, which will match the FSB to the DDR through divider circuit.
Have you tried to bump the memory voltage, as a 3 stick depth of RAM my need the boost.

the ULTRA setting has to do with cpu command...If you are not o/cing you maybe able to set it at this for anything beyond fast will cause problems

also there is a setting in the memory problems that caused boot problems for me whe set to default..DCLK Feedback Delay..default is 0..I set it to auto and everything was OK

With the KR7A-Raid 100MHz is default on the DRAM Clock. To change it to 133MHz is very simple, just highlight the DRAM Clock setting in BIOS and select either 100MHz, 133MHz or "By SPD". The system runs real well at 100MHz. To amny BSOD's with it set at 133MHz.Hope this answers your question. Later........ Terry

Have about the same exact setup as you. I solved my random reboots and unstablity by removing my linksys network card.
Ever since i've installed my netgear card its never had a hicup.
