Abit Motherboard - can't boot

I have also bought an Abit VI7 motherboard.

Here are my specs:

P4 2.4GHz "C"
1GB (512x2) Corsair PC3200XL
Radeon 9800 Pro
Western Digital WD800 8MB cache Hard Drive
Plextor 712A DVD Drive
OCZ 520W Powerstream PSU

The thing is I can't even boot with this motherboard. I have tried starting up the computer with just the Memory, Video Card, and CPU - but it all useless. I have tested my PSU, RAM, Drive, CPU, and Video card with my other systems and they all work fine. I don't get any error codes, but everything powers up when I hit the power switch.

I am so frustrated, can someone please help me fix this?

Abit has a BIOS update for this, but I can't even update the BIOS because I can't boot:

I had this problem a while ago. It really doesn't matter if all the parts are working, what matters is that all the parts can work together. Check your system specs and make sure the processor, board and memory are all compatible. In my case it was the RAM that wasn't compatible although it was working so I swapped it out.

I am using Corsair and OCZ Ultra Low latency memory. They are rated at 2-2-2-5 so I am guessing this might be causing problems.

Do you think I should swap it with Corsair PC3200LL, which is set to run at 2-3-2-6?

I will let you know what happens after I switch the memory. I have never had this problem before. Thx.
