About SX1030b will it support...

i also have some other componets but nothing to power drawing..

You mean the 300w Smart Power supply in the case? Yeah it should work fine. I have a 1.1, three harddrives, a burner, Soundblaster Live! 5.1 Platinum... works fine.

Yes, 1.4 will be fine in the 1030b. See my system specs for everything i'm powering with no hiccups.
