Looking at the radar map in weather.com, I don't see anything within a thousand miles that looks like a big storm.

To all:

Open the link. Find your location. Use key along left to see how many inches of liquid precipitation are forecast to fall on your area. Multiply by 10. This equals your possible snow total.

Example: Baltimore, MD - 2.5" liquid x 10 = Over 2 feet of snow

Forecasts haven't updated yet b/c this weather model just came out. Check weather.gov around noon, I bet you'll be in for a surprise.
