i'd go with the S40, but then i think the new focus is a great piece of engineering

in addition, the T5 AWD is slightly faster.

I liked the TSX so much, I bought one. I've had it now for almost 2 years (bought new in 9/03) I have no complaints. Nicely equiped for the price, OK power. Gas mileage is pretty good (27MPG on average for me). I've been really happy.

It's not a RSX. It isn't even built on the same platform. As for the azz end, I like it.

Man, Volvo interio looks like nissan there. Think i prefer my 850.
