Adaptec or Nero

Just changed from EZCD creator to Nero.....Adaptec is eye candy, but works OK!...I use Nero now and prefer it over Adaptec...

nero is it.

With nero, you get to do things the way you want to. Maxed out customizability (practically nonexistant with Adaptec). And things aren't quite hidden either. You learn so much more about the burnprocess. I didn't know about overburning till I started using Nero.

nero is it. Adaptec doesn't come close.

TO THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SAYING NERO IS BUGGY, what bugs are you refering too? i have been using it for close to a year now and have not made 1 coaster with it yet. please be a little more specific.

Anybody tried Click'N Burn bu Stomper yet. Looks good on paper and is cheap too.

Any problem with Nero and WIN 2K?

I don't believe that InCD (the Nero component that allows you to use a CD-RW like a large floppy disk) will run with Win2K

As I have a much older system, adaptec SLAUGHTERED my machine with its excessive GUI etc. Nero is SOOO much better as it is leaner and much faster for those without super fast computers.

Why is it that whenever new features are added nowadays software gets large, slow and sloppy? In the "old" days software did get more powerful, but not in the current messy fashion.
