adding fan, what direction?

I have one fan blowing air into thr case in the front, one fan blowing air out in the back, and I'm going to add another fan on thr side of the case, just in the line of the CPU. Should I have the third fan blow air in or out?

By the way, my Yateloon fan (came with my case) at 1800RPM sounds like a huricane, but I found fans from Glacialtech which are supposed to push 37CFM at about 950RPM (mine is at 1030RPM most of the time, so pushing more air) and they are the quietest I've found. They don't feel like they push that much air, but the Yateloon at 1800RPM doesn't feel like it's pushing that much air either (both fans are 12cm). I thought Yateloon is the same as Nexus which is considered the quietest.

I'm about to install some fans over the CPUs, and I'll be positioning them to blow air into the case, but I'm also putting another fan higher up to blow air out. In the case of hot air rising and all, I would say blow air in so that your CPU is getting cooler air...

Think about it. On a hot summer day would you want a fan blowing into your face or a fan blowing hot air out of your room?

Well, you really can't look at it like that. In a computer case, exhaust > intake. If you have to much intake, the hot air gets stuck in the case with no way out. Since the air in the case is slightly warmer than the air outside the case, you'll want more exhaust to pull the warm air out of the case than intake to pull the cooler air into the case. If you couldn't get the hot air out first, what's the point of getting cool air in? Also, if you have any holes or openings in the case, exhaust will automatically pull cool air in through them.

Usually, the only point to having any intake is to circulate air around the case, not to pull cold air in - the exhaust can already do that.
