AGP fast read/writes?

I just built a new system and I couldn't find out anywhere on what this feature does. Can someone enlighten me?

mobo: abit KT7-A RAID
CPU: AMD 1.0 Ghz
video: asus Geforce 2 32DDR

would I benefit if I turned this on?

I found some info on it in the Abit KT7-Raid Manual I think. If I remember right I got better 3d mark scores after turning it on. I didn't see any issues after turning it on.

AGP fast writes generally provides a very minimal performance benefit and a lot of people have reported instability after enabling it, especially at overclocked AGP bus speeds.
