Ahh! NF7 can't power on!

Ok, just got the nf7-s v1.2, ripped my old mobo out and put this one in. But once i tried to push the power button, it doesn't respond, no sounds, no fans spinning. I'm sure my power button is working and a tried to connect the power button pins manually with a jumper but still nothing. The red LED and the bottom is on but very, very dim. Any steps to troubleshoot?
