Ok, so i planned out my system i want to buy. I chose an Intel 2.8 and an Asus P4P800-D motherboard. This system has to last my for a while and i think this setup should. But then i saw the thread about the AMD Athlon 64 3000 at only like 220$. This is cheaper than the 2.8 Pentium proc and im not sure which one will perform the best right now and still be able to play games and stuff 2 years from now. Of course if i do decide to switch over to the A64 i dont know anything about motherboards for it so which A64 mobo out has similar features to the P4P800 and isnt priced too high?
