AIM Virus?

Some guy randomly hit me up and sent me a link to his site...it was just some music and stuff but then a couple minutes later he sends this weird file that says picture or something like that and i decide to open it (stupid idiot).

Now my spysweeper pops up and ask me to remove 3 instances of windows32 i think it was called and i do that. Then i ran an extra spysweep check and a virus check and nothing showed up so i guessed it was alright.

Then i open it today and suddenly it's all VERY slow, like laggin when i scroll up and down on websites, the mouse laggin when i move it etc.

Spysweeper still doesn't find anything and neither does my AVG virus program

Wow. Just...wow. You've violated most of the online security common sense practices. Anyhow, you do you have some sort of virus. I would download HijackThis, Microsoft Anti-Spyware and Adaware SE. I would then go and run Trend Micro's free House Call virus scan. If both of those fail, it might be time for a reformat.

And, just to make sure - if the guy did put this on deliberately, there may be a keylogger involved - - - -
