All boot options deleted - Now what?

Hey guys, I'm kind of stumped at what to do here. The computer is an ASUS s500CA. It has a Sandisk U100 24gb SSD (which should be the boot partition) with the 500gb secondary. The 500gb died and he got in bios and appears to have deleted the boot option of the SSD. The only thing I can boot from right now is pxe. I'm not sure how to re-add it, or if I even can.If I put the replacement 500gb drive in, it shows up under the boot options, but i dont want windows installed on that..any idea's?

If the SSD is not listed as a potential boot option in the BIOS, then the computer is not detecting the SSD. Make sure all cables are connected securely.

Have you tried resetting the BIOS to all defaults?

It's not a physical SSD in that sense, it looks like a wireless card in the laptop and yes it is secure as it is screwed in and cannot move.

Tried resetting and reflashing bios with no luck.

You need to run a repair install off of the disc. UEFI BIOSes are funny about UEFI boot options. You no longer select a device to boot off of, the OS installer actually "registers" a UEFI boot option with the BIOS. So if you've deleted that option, you have to re-install to get that option back. Some BIOSes will also let you enter a UEFI path string as a boot device.
