Always Sunny versus the Office

Before I watched the Office, I watched Always Sunny in Philly. I thought it was the funniest show of all time. Never laughed so hard in my life.

But now I'm watching the Office. Wholly crap it is whitty. I mean, like "how the crap did they think of that amazing shiat" whitty.

I'm conflicted as to which one is overall better. What say you?

The Office is more dramedy than a pure comedy show like It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. The Office characters are meant to be more sympathetic.
