Am I Screwed??

Ok system is
MSI P67a-GD55
Intel 2600k cpu oc'd 4.2
8 Gig GSkill DDR3 1600
Crucial C300 SSD 128 on Version 7 firmware
XFX 6970 2GB
Samsung Spinpoint 1TB
WD 1.5 TB HD
2 cd/dvd rw's Asus and a Samsung
Corsair 750TX power supply
Win 7 64 Home

System is 60 days old and I am getting BSOD's all of a sudden out the butt. Windows errors also like trying to open event viewer snap in failure. Windows explorer failures trying to open windows functions. I ran memtest 86+ for 8 hours without error. If I try to run Prime 95 it crashes after 15 minutes approx. I have tried to reinstall windows but everytime I try and boot from my Win 7 disk it gets to the entering windows graphic screen and stops. It sat for about 1 hour there. Should I reformat the ssd and try to reinstall Win 7?? If so whats the best way?

First kill the OC, go to stock configuration, then run prime.

Done and rerunning now. But why didnt it error in the first 60 days. I oc'd since day one and ran PRime for 12 hours plus??

What are your max temps while Prim95 and did you clean your rig from dust?

Temps arent going over 75 max on one core (that was with the OC). It BSOD'd again. Here is the Tech Info section from the BSOD Screen. I will run bluescreenview in a few and post more

No dust in case. Haf 932 case so its easy to check

Ok running no OC using Real Temp 3.6 hottest core was 67 degrees coolest was 60. Approx 15 minutes into Prime it crashed. Bluescreenview shows the error as Attempted_Execute_of_Noexecute_Memory. Bugcheck code is 0x000000fc. But now there was this new wrinkle on the BSOD Screen NTFS.sys address FFFFF88001295D80 base at FFFFF 88001239000 Date Stamp 4d79997b. Ok what the hell is going on???? Anyone.

This was at stock speeds on CPU
