Lol, same here. I have the power supply, cd/dvd drives, fans, and hard drive all in my case already, just waiting on a mobo to finish up and start overclocking.Originally posted by: NagurskiI think this is the first time I've ever built a computer completely backwards, buying the motherboard last.

Dude, thats the M2R32-MVP REGULAR (ugly brown PCBs) version. Most of us are waiting for the M2R32-MVP DELUXE (sexy Black PCBs) edition to come out. Atleast thats whats i m waiting for.
:disgust:The retail date is different in different places. We don't know the exact date. Sorry for any inconvenience.
haha, nice lookin case... i thought about the set-top style myself just because i like the way they look, but the cost is higher, etc... still a choice between the silverstone tj-06 and antec p180bOriginally posted by: The Mailman

Yes, the Deluxe version has black PCB and a 3rd PCI slot (2 usable with dual-slot Crossfire).

but when you click "learn more" you're taken to this asus page:
http://www.asus.com.tw/products4.aspx?l1=3&l2=101&l3=0&model=1296&modelmenu=1
so we have ati showing us the black PCB, but without the word "Deluxe" next to it... then the asus site shows us the yellow/amber PCB (again, without the word Deluxe next to the model name)

thanks for that link, i imagined ATI would eventually progress their CF to the point that the external dongle would no longer be needed... as you mentioned in your other post, i'm also getting skeptical about the release of the deluxe version of the M2R32-MVP as it seems to have disappeared off the "radar"Originally posted by: familyman1
OK. Here's the link referencing new crossfire design in the near future. http://www.theinquirer.net/default.aspx?article=33761
