AMD budget Build 900$

Can not by any means go over 900 its all I have on paypal and can spend please keep shiping/tax in mind candain tax is 0.14.
Please do Canadian sites.
will be doing gaming and video editing.
BTW willing to overclock so the Fx 6300 or 8320 are both welcome.

Yes I would like 7, also I do not need a monitor,keybored,mouse, etc. Just the pc. and please do keep in mind I have an absolute limit of 900$ no higher thanks ^.^
My res is just the standard 1366x768 I do hover use my hd tv to watch video every now and then.

On that budget you could definitely upgrade your monitor to a modern 23" 1080p one, it costs just $150 or so. $750 is definitely enough to build a decent AMD rig.

For $900 without a new monitor, you should go Intel.

I dont wish to mainly because It will be Gaming and video Editing.
And i don't want to upgrade my screen I am happy with my current one.

Hmm... I'll take that back, actually. $900 including tax and OS is tough to fit Intel given: (1) the need for video editing for which you'll want 16GB of RAM (2) and probably a 2TB hard disk as well... but idk if it's possible, and (3) you probably can't count rebates in.

Alright seems good might switch out that psu I dont like the brand, ill be buying it soon thanks ^.^ might also switch out the 6300 for a 8320 and drop 8 gigs of ram for now. and will that motherbored allow overclocking? If only 500 mhz it would be nice. Also will i need to downloed and burn a bios disc for that motherbored?

What kind of video editing do you do exactly, and using what programs? Usually you will benefit more from 16GB of RAM than a bit more CPU performance. Bear in mind that editing itself isn't THAT heavy on the cores, it's only the encoding part that can really use the additional CPU threads, although there are software exceptions to that as well.

No that motherboard doesn't really handle overclocking. I don't think overclockability is a wise requirement on this budget.

I'm not sure if the motherboard ships with the required BIOS from the factory or not. Ask the staff

I really don't think sticking with that res is a good idea. It's a horrible resolution. You shouldn't even call it standard, because it's not. The standard is 1920x1080. I wouldn't wish 1366x768 on my worst enemy, especially for any sort of editing. At least look for 1600x900.

I did mention I have a 1080p tv I can use if I want, not like I record off the pc dude. and 1366x768 is the started res that requirement on most sites are listed for. for example game-debate. I dont like a bigger screen then what I have its personal preffrence, I would like to know if the motherbored he suggested will handle a decent oc? about 500 mhz

That motherboard would do just fine with overclocking. You will probably want to invest in an aftermarket heatsink/fan if you do plan on overclocking though.

Did a little looking, it will hold fine at 4ghz with the stock cooler, so ill try for 4 ghz if I feel I need the speed, but i will definitely overclock it later when I get a decent heatsink.

You can dial in whatever frequency you need, assuming the RAM can handle it. The memory controller is on the CPU, so the motherboard has very little say in the matter.

The Enermax looks like a straight up Hyper 212+ clone. Since they're the same price, I'd go for the EVO since it has a slightly flatter base.
