Fixed Issues​

• Blocky water corruption may occur in Red Dead Redemption 2™ when using the Vulkan® API.
• Missing text or a white disk may appear in Google Earth VR™.
• Application crashes may be intermittently observed after enabling the render preview window in Unreal Engine 5™.
• A blank or black screen may occur after a driver upgrade using certain display configurations.

Known Issues​

• High idle power has situationally been observed when using select high-resolution and high refresh rate displays on Radeon™ RX 7000 series GPUs.
• Video stuttering or performance drops may be observed during gameplay and video playback with some extended display configurations on Radeon™ RX 7000 series GPUs.
• Some virtual reality games or applications may experience lower-than-expected performance on Radeon™ RX 7000 series GPUs.
• Brief display corruption may occur when switching between video and game windows on some AMD Graphics Products, such as the Radeon™ RX 6700 XT.
• Water corruption in Hogwarts Legacy™ may occur on some AMD Graphics Products, such as the Radeon™ RX 580.

Important Notes​

• Factory Reset has been temporarily disabled as a precautionary measure while we address isolated installation issues that have been reported during PC upgrades. Users may use AMD Cleanup Utility as a temporary option.

Giving it 1 more month then I'm selling my 7900XTX and buying a 4090

I'm on a single display but I know this has been an issue for multi monitor users for a while lets hope it gets fixed soon.

Dont make me reprieve this rant thread I made awhile ago! That was about a 6950 as well, just an HD6950 not an RX6950!

With the amount of weird stuff I see with my 7900xtx I expect to see more issues fixed with each update.

It's not in known issues but it seems like every game with rt has intermittent issues with bright patches of color appearing in places they shouldn't. Dead space remake being the most severe I've seen. I also have a reproducible bsod when my PC is outputting to my av receiver and I turn the receiver off (only happens if standby passthrough is enabled, which I turned off as a workaround). Also have frequent issues with the screen colors freaking out when I alt tab out of a game with HDR. Etc etc

Anyone have any experience submitting bug reports through Adrenaline? Unsure if it's worth my time.

Yes. They messed up a year or two ago and demons in gzdoom were invisible when using OpenGL. I reported it and it was fixed in the next release or two. Surprised they put in the effort.

Also noticed for those with reference models these drivers bring back the intake temp which was missing on the last driver.
