yeah thats a really expensive hsf, and not a fairly cheap one that, with suitable fan selection, is also very effective while still being particularily quiet. Pretty daring to suggest a cheap haetsink & fan when you have no idea what conditions he operates under. Protecting your CPU is very important, if it fails with a cheap fan, you will end up buying a new CPU and an expensive heatsink & fan. In the end it will cost much more.
Take a look at what Newegg has, and read the reviews. In a lot of cases you can find someone who has the same conditions you have, like no air conditioning in the summer, ect... And by all means, use Artic Silver too.
