While I'm inclined to think there are not likely 4 million disenfranchised votes during the election, let's be quite clear that there is mountains of evidence that Republicans actively engage in voter suppression. Voter ID laws, removing names from voter rolls during protected periods, closing down polling locations, passing laws to prevent volunteers from handing out water to voters in line...the lost goes on.You know that's just crying sour grapes. All these things can't be proven in court any more than Trump's claims of stolen election in 2020.
How about just coming up with more popular policy positions so these shenanigans don't have a chance to work?
