David A was far from being spot on this week. His last 2 performances were horrible if you ask me. Since next week will also be Beatles night, I'm predicting a third sucky showing.

In other news, apparently someone is trying to make a buck from nude pics of Amanda.

Some of the people really stepped it up on the big stage (Chikeze, David Cook, Carly). David A really choked. If that was his first performance he'd have been kicked off. But I don't think anyone should get kicked off b/c of 1 crappy night.
We likely know the top couple already. There are a few where I couldn't really care less about if they stay or not. People like Michael and Ramiele just sing the same thing over and over with, what is in my opinion, very little conviction or emotion.

Once again David Cook and Brooke White prove that they are one-trick ponies and are very limited vocally and stylistically.

Little monkey David and Carly again sang like pros, barely missing a note (if they did at all). I actually liked Chikeze's performance- after the harmonica. Even though it was a bit goofy, he connects with the music.

And, it is time for Christy Cook to go home. Either her or that awful little oriental looking girl. Both are pretty bad.

i dont' know, this season is strange for me, there aren't any clear favorites, at least for me, as there were in seasons past. but then again, there isn't a contender i feel clearly doesn't deserve to be there, as there was in the past.

it might not be the most talented group, but it is the most evenly talented group. the difference between the best and the worst isn't what it was in years past. i think kristy lee cook could be as good as carrie underwood. she has a good voice, she just doesnt' seem to pick the right songs. the ramielle girl also has a good voice, someone just needs to teach her how to develop a style.

Yes, we get it....you got access to all the Beatles songs, we don't need 2 weeks in a row of it. After last weeks great songs/performances this week fell flat on it's face for everyone...except maybe little David did better. This a decent season, but it should be named Pros vs Joes at this point.

two weeks of beatles and then some random beatles music prior to that was overkill. there is so much music out there, it was a mistake to drag the beatles out.

that said.... i still like David Cook, although he showed a bit too much confidence (read: cockiness) last night. it's not the David Cook show yet.

everyone seemed tired or something. There are definitely a few people who can win this year which is cool. Whereas some years it obvious after 4 weeks who is going to win. Also, I agree on David Cook. I don't think he is a terribly cocky person, but he needs to be careful not to come across as too arrogant though. If the public thinks a person is too cocky, they'll drop him quick. I don't know why the hate on Chikeze either. I think he has really stepped it up since the beginning. I look forward to his stuff each week.

yeh, i don't agree with that either. i don't consider that a traditional instrument like the guitar, piano, and even harmonica. even Peter Frampton shouldn't use it if he were an AI contestant.
