when i took the sat in 7th grade i got a 1300...by the time senior year in college rolled around i got a 1300 again... you would kinda expect me to learn something in that whole time huh? i think my years in high school was wasted. i had fun but learning...? LOL

SAT: Verbal - 740, Quant - 710
GRE: Verbal - 780, Quant - 710, Analytical - 760

Going to take the GMAT's in early 2001, and I wouldn't be surprised if I continued to refute your insipid theory.

Applying to all these colleges is a bitch! I want to major in CS, hopefully i'll get into stanford, but I really like to do EECS at Berkley

ANd I remember way back in 9th grade (senior now), that I used to talk to anand over IM's when i used to have AOHell, his SN was like c6x86pr150, something like that. Anandtech has come a long way.

PS: I'm not fascinated with anand, but I would like to have his money! I dunno why he has a 318, the trunk is hella ugly!

That explains the verbal score right there.

RichieZZZZ, I suggest that you take SAT II Physics in case the EECS school wants that. Although with your SAT's you look set. Try and get the Regents Scholarship. I had my Berkeley envelope licked and ready to go. Then I didn't get the Regents and Cornell made it worth my while to come out to Ithaca. It's great school but the weather really sucks here.

Just wondering- isn't Andy Law chinese too? I think Law is a chinese last name (martial law from tekken? <shrugs>). And besides, he's from LA, so good chance of being chinese.

And DoggieDog- I completely agree with you. I just posted my scores to say it means JACK CRAP if you go into a field like EECS <and others of course>
