Just go here: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/ATTF2 and on the right hand side there should me small link that says "Join this group", click on that, it will probably ask you to login, then you should be joined.

I tried to join both groups, the TF2 and Anandtech but doesn't show I joined on my Steam page.

CPA, go to the favorites tab and add 8.9.15.62:27015 Thats probably the easiest way rather than trying to randomly find it.
