Annoying BSOD

OK, please help me out here. My computer gives me BSOD intermittently while online. I have dial up and if hardware is important I can post that as well. First, the problem.

It looks like that file is related to your modem drivers. See if there is an update to them. If not uninstall the modem, rename the file, and let windows re-install it and see if the problems still occure
