Ok I just got a new case from newegg for my new computer and its the one that looks just like an alienware dragon case with a 450W power supply. The power supply is switching and when I switch it to one setting the voltages aren't stable so my motherboard makes lots of nice annoying little beeps to tell me this (keep in mind this took forever to figure out) now if I switch it then it sends stable voltages which I need so I do want to keep it on this setting but it makes this annoying high pitched noise (squelling (sp?) noise) i'm sure many are familiar with that I've seen monitors do it etc.
So I'm not sure what to do is there anyway to fix this noise? if not should I rma the power supply and do you think newegg would let me just rma the supply and not the whole case?
