Lack of tolerance, and instant labeling of others, shows immaturity and lack of understanding. Think before you spout off.
Last time I checked, these drugs aren't required to live, and pharmacies and/or pharmacists can and do have the right to not fill any prescription they deem not necessary, or prescriptions not in the best interest of the patient. They are not required to transfer anything to anyone. My advice would be to not deal with this pharmacy, or those like it if it affects your sensibilities. Why didn't the woman in question just call the doctor, and have the doctor write out another prescription, and send it to the pharmacy of her choice? She would have had less stress, and likely spent les time to get her prescription filled.
That being said, I think that it's bad for business, but that's the choice the pharmacy made when they hired their pharmacist. I hope that the pharmacists boss knew he was like this when he hired him, otherwise, it's likely time to find another job.
Well if his Religious beliefs prevented him from fullfiling his duties of the job he should look for another occupation.Originally posted by: bozack
