Antec 300W PS enough ?

Hi,

I build a XP machine with the antec 1030sx series case and antec 300W machine.
I worked without any problems for the 3 weeks but now I am getting random reboots.
Is the antec 300W enough for the below config. ?

MSI KT3 Ultra
1700+ XP
2x256M crucial ddr
ricoh cdrw
pioneer dvd
sb 5.1
buffalo lan card

Win2k

It usually reboots during surfing the net or during netmeeting.

I have an 1.4 Tbird system with the 1030SX case and 300W Antec PS.

It seems that my system won't startup from a shutdown. It will stop while Windows 2000pro is opening and I need to manually reset.

After that it runs smooth, but starting up 2 times is annoying.

I have:
Soltek 75-DRV w/ 1.4Tbird
256MB ram (micron 2100)
Hitachi DVD-Rom
RIcho CD-RW
SB Audigy
DLINK LAN
with 3 system fans and delta black label 60mm
also 2 hard drives

It's been a recent problem I've had for the last 2 months, I can only remember that it started after a fixed the Audigy + VIA random crashing.

It's a lot better just freezing at startup, but maybe my PS isn't enough? I recently removed the CD-RW, but nothings changed.

When is SB going to release new drivers? Those XP updates never made my system more stable, and I found it best to have the CD's driver only option with no updates. That's a different topic.

Before I had the Audigy the system ran smooth, so sungwai, the PS should handle those specs.
