Mine shipped on the 13th, and is supposed to arrive 15th (friday), I am impressed that FedEx ground could get it to me so fast. Somewhat disapointed with techonweb tho, took them 3 days to ship it out. Maybe I have just been spoiled with Newegg and such.

1) Having ordered the case on the 13th is a BAD omen. Not a good idea; even the shuttle couldn't get off the ground on the 13th; and who can forget Apollo 13 disaster ???

2) My experience with Techonweb was fantastic. Maybe you don't live near one of their warehouses. I live in Michigan, not far from their Indiana warehouse, and 36 hours after I ordered the Antec P180 case it was at my door.

Now it sits as I try to figure out if it's worth doing all the modding to get the damn thing to work with my motherboard and power supply without having to have a zillion extension cables and made-to-order cables, etc....

Me too! I purchased mine on Monday and I think it shipped late Tuesday or early today... but no tracking emails.

VERY STRANGE!

I ordred my case on the 28th of June and received an ORDER CONFIRMATION that same morning and then received the DELIVERY CONFIRMATION notice with tracking info 18 hours later at around 1:18 AM EST on the 29th of June. Then, 36 hours after order placement, the case arrived; it helped that they have a warehouse that is very near the state I live in.

I'm not saying that these people aren't legit. I ordered the case sunday night and they shipped it Wednesday, a little slow. But FedEx will have it here by Friday, props to FedEx.

I'm in the exact same boat DanDaMan. I ordered it Sunday night, it was showing shipped Monday night. No email Wednesday night, so I sent them a note asking what was up (pretty much word for word what you sent actually...), and got a reply Thursday morning saying the tracking info went out Wednesday night. Of course, when I checked FedEx with the tracking number on Thursday morning (about 3 1/2 days since I placed the order!!!), it showed that they had the TRACKING data for the shipment. NOT the package:

Jul 13, 2005 11:18 PM Package data transmitted to FedEx.

Four freaking days and they STILL haven't got my package to FedEx??? What's up with that? Now, my scheduled delivery date is next Tuesday. Of course, that assumes that they actually deliver the package to FedEx at some point.

Oh well. I've had this case for 7 years, so I guess I can wait another week or so...

I had same issue guys ordered on July 10..said it shipped early on the 12th...emailed them on 13th...they said it had already shipped...get fedex info...and it says it was just picked up at 730pm....

No case till Mon...ugh

If it had shipped on Tue maybe would have gotten on Friday...

they claim it is an issue with warehouse...ie they complete order and transmit..then warehouse ships..so invoice says shipped once they transmit to warehouse...then the warehouse ships...not always the same day...seems bizarre

Fedex lists the case as 36kg???72lbs??? ...checked antec case is 31/36lbs...not kg...funny fedex weight very weird

I ordered the case last Friday (7/8), and received it yesterday (7/13) in Maryland. Not bad.

Yea and the other day my Motherboard and Video card package said 7kg on the FedEx tracker. I think they have it confused with pounds on the site.

I got in on the $106 p180 deal, they were a little slow to ship, but responded instantly to my email. Also considering the number of people ordering this case from them I expected it to take a few days before it shipped. I placed my order late in the day on the 8th, case arrived today the 15th. To anyone complaining, you got the case for way less than anyone else is selling it for, so what if it took a few days longer. I've had a lot of trouble with newegg and their credit card verification so I'm probably going to order the rest of my rig from techonweb as well. As far as the case goes, you won't find anything better for anywhere near this price.

Ok well scratch that, they dont carry DFI.

For those here (like me) that felt the case was too tall, there is the newer 2005 model of their mini tower that is 4" lower in height.
I dont know how new it actually is, but I have not seen it before anyway.

Too tall ??? You MUST be kidding ??? The P180 is but a midget compared to both my Supermicro SC-760A Full Tower ATX case and my Elan Vital T-15 Full Tower Case.

There isn't very much room inside the P180 to work in (as pointed out by someone in this thread already).

Who would want a smaller case and who would want to build in a smaller case ???

i bought one locally for $143 when it first came out, i didnt get a deal on it, but i didnt have to wait 1-2weeks for it to ship either. As for it being ugly, i dont think i would have bought this case if it didnt boost silent pc, their were other prettier cases i was eyeing. after having this replace my previous antec case, i dont even notice my computer is on anymore. the sound dampning is insane and i can actually leave my comp on at night without hearing the fans or hd spinning. overall the case was designed to be silent and they did a very good job.

That's exactly what my delivered price was from TechonWeb; I missed out on the lower price that people are getting it for these days. I agree with your comments about the case based on what I'm hearing even though I don't have my new system built in my P180 yet. I don't know why people are calling it ugly though ??? Maybe it's because I have had some dog-ugly cases in the past and to me the P180 looks refreshing, but NOT refreshing like a refridgerator (as some people have been comparing it), lol.

Ok just letting those with ModStreams know, IT WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS CASE. The cables are too stiff to even make it through to the motherboard. Not to mention the cables are too short.

wow that is not good...I know the ATX cable on my OCZ Powerstream 520w is stiff but I would think it would go through the openings provided....I am concerned more about this than cable length

are the modstream cables that short....
