I really like the p183 and the front thing isn't a bother for me, I have a p180 right now and I really feel like upgrading hehe

The new placement of the lower chamber is whats going to make me get the P183 whenever it comes out. hopefully i can replace the front vent with the old ones from my 182

p183 is not bad, i dont like how it looks when the door is opened though seems too much to clean (like my tsunami when second door is opened)

900v2 doesnt look good

p193 doesnt seem impressive looks like it holds a second psu in the middle chamber this time and seems to only hold same amnt of hd's as the p183

Looks like they fixed the big fan problem on the p193 by placing it on the outside, they should send that enclosure out to all p190 owners if they know whats good for them.

not too happy with the changes, nothing big enough, they cut some holes in the front and moved one fan. whoopdeedoo

Still chugging along with my P180 and love it.

But I have to wonder, why not a bigger fan on top of the P183? They did it with the Mini P180, and even went up to a 200mm TriCool, IIRC.

I think I don't like those 'squares' in the door, venting holes, right?

The grill covers on the optical drives etc, are of no concern of me. If they have a filter behind them, you can easily vacuum them out in a few seconds. You have the door closes 99% of the time anyways. I won't be upgrading to the p183 though, my p182 is doing just fine for now. The middle fan might not be 100% ideal, it also doesn't really bother me, especially when I buy a modular PSU.

The new holes in the front door are just like the ones on the P180 Mini, they help the airflow for the case. I think it looks awesome and am going to get one, it was a mistake for me to go mATX, I can't install custom GPU coolers like the Thermalright HR-03 GTX for my 280 because it won't fit in the 180 Mini

The ONLY change in the P183 that I like is the bottom chamber fan move. My power supply isn't huge, but man, that thing is getting pretty close to the limits.

Other than that, it just looks ugly to me. I think the P180, P180b, P182, and P182 SE look elegant. This looks too... new age(?) to me.

I have a P182 SE and I'm loving it Airflow is excellent, acoustics are amazing and the shiny finish is really nice. I think the P183's front fixes some problems that some have been experiencing but I think there's not much new IMO.

Do any Antec reps post or lurk here? That could give an eta for P183 release date?

I'm more curious about the Antec P193. I thought I read somewhere that it was a full-tower case? Is that confirmed?

Where there estimated release dates for these things anywhere? I'm not turning up much on Google.

I think the vents (or more specifically, the unevenness of what's behind them) destroyed the aesthetics of the front of the case.

I am totally wondering the same.
I know it may sound excessive but I have been completely holding off on a New PC based mostly on the fact that I can't decide what case I want and that if the P183 was out I would get it.

I can't stand the idea I would build a new PC with a P182 then a month later the P183 comes out.
I was originally interested in getting the Sonata III 500 but I realized that the 500watt power supply in that all in 1 case wouldn't be good enough if I got a x2 4870 which I think I might do.
Its a shame they don't have a few more versions of the Sonata III. I would like to see a Sonata III 650 which is the recommended power wattage you should have if you get a x2 4870

I am going crazy for a new PC as well.
I guess if this lasts long enough I will be in line for a Core 7 CPU

They have lowered the PSU in 183. That means you will have to install your PSU upside down if its fan is at the bottom. I don't like that.

The P193 look like it will only house a single PSU. Where do you see the second's mount? Well, it's not like the dual-PSU was ever worth it, especially if you put the HDD's on one and everything else on the other, it had a habit of frying your HDDs. A single PSU is better. And you can buy your own now.

I really like the new fan placement. I think I'll have to pick up a P183 and P193. In my P182, I had to mod the center divider so I could fit my WC pump down there. Glad they finally move it to the front.

I am seriously looking at getting the P182 right now, but from the looks of it I'll need to do some modding to improve airflow. Anyone who has done any mods with this case know how it will affect the noise levels?
