The P180, 182 and 183 need to have a few improvements. One of the big items I fail to see Antec implement is the "self latching" handles on the left side case door. They have these on the NSK models and they serve very well. Why a high end case would force the user to revert to thumb screws or a philips screwdriver to unlatch the cover is cheating the design/ergonomics of the "tool less" design.
The other item that needs a major update is the 120mm fans they supply with the case. (3 are supplied, 2 are an add on option). The supplied fans are the 3 position tethered speed switch Tri-Cool double ball bearing Antec fans. Problem with them is the ones they supply are powered by the 4 pin molex and don't have the rpm sensor lead. Today's motherboard's have bios "Q-Fan" features built into them giving the fan header's specific "zones" to vari the voltage to the fan either raising or lowering the speed's depending on the temps of each of the zones. Well, the supplied fans won't even power up from the motherboard without a cluster rigging of adapters yet still, there's no rpm sensor in them. ANTEC, you need to provide the 3-pin motherboard connectors on your high end fans that are supplied with your cases. Also, there could be some options available in your products. Currently, the buyer has no "optional fan choice" when making a purchase since you don't offer it to the many e-tailers and the fans provided are not really of any use to the newer hardware profiles. Quiet PC is the entire subject with any P180 through 183 so, where are the "options" for use customers. We must aggrevate ourselves with trying to find items on the ANTEC website which is usually dated material and not managed well while it is full of dead links, lousy pictures, not so good descriptions and again, none of the quoted optional fans or accessories are displayed for the customer to click on knowing the correct parts are linked to the correct case etc.
Love the case, hate the support and product flyers data. Upgrade the website with nicer pictures, descriptions and updated features.
