Antivirus/Firewall Decision!!!

I recently have been researching new antivirus programs and I think I've made a decision.
Currently I have Norton Internet Security 2005, but I feel I could have a better antivirus program, which uses less resources as well. I have 1G of Ram

The choice lies with Norton Internet Security 2005 vs Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal Pro

The new August 2005 AV comparatives show Kaspersky on top and norton just behind.

Does anyone have the resource usage of both and any personal experience.

Also I'm looking for a great firewall, price is not really an issue right now. Something know to work good with Kaspersky.

I am this close to going with kaspersky, but right now i'm using NOD32. avoid norton like the plague.
I am using the last version sygate firewall before they were bought by norton, and i have had no problems. will probably switch to zonealarm in the future though.

Kaspersky over Norton anyday. As for system resources usage, this list was taken from Schadenfroh:

I use Kaspersky and ZA. It's a very good working combo for me.

Using Norton at home (hmmmm.....), using McAffee on laptop, using VPN hardware at work with AVG - at this stage I would probably say McAfee. Thinking seriously of bumping Norton off... Nuff said...

Kaspersky Labs does not offer Personal Pro anymore just KAV 5 Personal. KAV 5 Personal has software IDS included that can get in the way of certain software firewalls like Sygate 5 Personal/Pro. I use Kaspersky Antihacker with KAV 5 Personal.

I have Avast Personal (Free) and Sygate (Free) Firewall less of a resource hog and both work great so far.
