Antivirus

I use MalwareBytes for ALL my office PCs. It works quite well to keep them clean, but I'm wondering if there are additional steps or permissions I can employ to keep staff from haphazardly overriding warnings. (Besides firing the staff for being careless)

MalwareBytes is not an Antivirus. With that said you should start pricing things out. AFAIK none of the "free" AV products are licensed for business use.

which means in reality nothing except that when he put them on his computer he said they were for home use.

Personally I use BitDefender and have not had any issues at all!!

I would recommend Norton Internet Security it is highly reliable.

BitDefender works great, but can be a real PITA with networks.

And, the staff should not treat their work system like some treat rental cars.
