Be it male or female; being given "special attention" by a younger person is flattering.

Look at all the peeps here on OT and L&R that want to bang the younger chicks and/or jailbait.
They are not interested in their age or older.

As to the younger person, being given attention by an older person in authority is a double edged sword. Work or school - You feel special and wish to ensure that they know you appreciate the extra attention

If you're going to put a male teacher in jail for years and label him a sex offender, I can't think of a single rational reason why the same shouldn't apply to female teachers.
