What is the difference between these 2 XP pro?

Also, Just wondering if there is a noticeable difference between these sets of ram. I am not going to overclock it, so if that is the only difference should I go with the better price?

Hmm the xp pro look identical, id go with the cheaper one.

As for the memory I'd go for the corsair.

Why the corsair?

Corsair latencies are 2-3-3-6
OCZ Latencies are 2-3-2-5 (Is this really going to perform better?)
