Yes, the board supports PC3200, but UNOFFICIALLY. That means that it won't auto-detect your Corsair memory as PC3200 b/c there is no offical JDEC standard yet for PC3200. It'll run it just fine though.
That said, you're obviously looking at getting a high-end board for your XP Athlon...you'd be better off purchasing an NForce board as they have better performance than the Via-based boards.
I have a 8K5A2+ (KT333) and it's a great board...love the extra channels you get with the Highpoint RAID controller. But I'm looking at an NForce as well.
