I currently have a ps3 a wii, and a fairly current PC

would having all 3, be more or less overkill. considering most of the major titles on the 360 will eventually be released on the pc some day.

I have all 3, but I don't have a great PC. You're right that a lot of the good Xbox 360 games will be release on PC eventually, so if you prefer gaming on your PC the Xbox 360 would probably be unnecessary.

lately ive been drawn away from the pc. i played for maybe an hour or 2 yesterday while my gf had friends over. and yes the brunt of good FPS's that come out on 360 have been released on PC,

I have a Wii and Xbox360... I want a PS3 just for Blu-Ray but haven't been able to talk my wife into it... yet. My sister and brother in law have one with the Buzz trivia game and I almost though that would sway her vote, but nothing so far.

i have the buzz trivia for ps2, its cool but with the corded buzzers, def get it for the ps3 though, wireless buzzers make life soo much easier

I like that they are bluetooth. I have Scene It for the Xbox360 and you have to plug the infared dongle into one of your USB ports... then point at the sensor when you buzz in.

I have the Wii (for my son) and the 360. I have no justification for buying a PS3 and BR is not enough of a reason to drop 400 bucks. I just dont find the game selection on the PS3 to be worth it. Maybe after the holidays.

Just PS3. To me, the 360 is too similar to the PS3 while the Wii is too gimmicky and doesn't have enough games to hold my interest.

I have a PS2, PS3 and gaming PC now, and will be getting a 360 once the Jasper model is in stores.

I don't have any budget constraints beyond being a cheapskate, so I might also be adding a wii, PSP and DS too when/if there are enough exclusive games on them that -I- want to play.

The Wii has plenty of exclusives already but most of them are Mario/Zelda and party games, which aren't my cup of tea.

The 360 does have exclusives I want to play including Crackdown, Dead Rising, Viva Pinata, Earth Defense Force 2017, and Operation Darkness.

There are PSP and DS exclusives that look fun too, but I don't have any away-from-home gaming time where I'd play them. At home my unplayed games stack grows faster than I can work through it.

I have a Playstation 3 and a gaming PC. Since buying the PS3, I haven't played any games on the PC. And it has been almost 4 months now. Just not interested in PC games any more. And to top that off, I have about 45 PC games that I have not even installed yet and finished.

I plan on purchasing a 360 once the Jasper model hits, mainly for Fable II and Gears Of War 2. But nothing else really interests me for the 360 as of this moment. If a particular title is for the PS3 and the 360 then I always go with the PS3 version. If only for 360, then yea, will get that version * once I get my 360 that is*

Plan on picking up another Wii as well. Had two before and sold them off like an idiot. But now there are a lot of Virtual Console games I want to play.

I have them all, but you are right that many 360 exclusives come out on PC. However, they usually come out much later. But if you don't mind waiting, a PC should be fine.

There are some 360 exclusives that don't come out on PC, though, such as the ever-growing 360 JRPG library. They are some quality games like Lost Odyssey, Tales of Vesperia, and (I'm assuming) Star Ocean 4.

There are also racing games if you are into that..

had all three, but decided to sell the 360 and gave away the wii (hardly even played it). love the ps3...but regret selling the 360 now that GoW2 is coming out and the awesome RPGs on it... may get one again who knows..... also sold the psp and ds lite since they were gathering dust...regret selling ds lite too

I have all 3, Good PC, DS and PSP.

They all have their benefits. I've been a PS3 fanboy the past few months but dusted off my Wii last night to buy World of Goo and Secret of Mana. If anything I have been playing my 360 the least lately because there aren't any games coming out besides Fable II and the new Banjo game that are exclusive.

I'm getting fallout 3 and Left 4 Dead for PC. Little Big Planet for PS3 and maybe rent Dead Space first before I pick it up.

Have owned all 3, but not at the same time. There's no must play games on the 360 that really appeal to me, so I sold it. Same for Wii. I'm using the PS3 mainly as a movie player and some games now and then. I have a couple pretty decent PCs that can play most of the current gen games, but I don't game on my PC often if at all. I spend most time on the DS.

I have all the consoles. The 360 gets played the most. The wii in second place because my kid loves it. I bought the PS3 really because I wanted to watch some high def stuff on my big TV. Then i got kinda tired of spending so much on blurays. It gets way more use now streaming video from my PC over so I can watch it on the tv that it ever did gaming. I have a decent recently half updated pc also. Everything has its pluses. I like the large amount of games and live on the xbox. I like the media stuff better on the ps3. The wii is great to play some games with the kid. The pc of course for being a pc and gaming.

We have all 3 in our house. Only because various flatmates have brought each different console. It makes for good gaming and I really only have to care for console. Although it's frustrating when a good game comes out for the other and you can't convince your flatmate to buy said game.

What the OP asked and what that thread was about were quite different. The OP phrased the title poorly, because his first post asked an entirely different question.
