Anyone here work at Comp USA?

Today I went for a second interview at a different location. I went in, sat down and I knew what the routine was because I already had a interview but at a different location. So basically I sat down, the guy overlooked my application and told me to relax and what not. Ok so the interview begins. He begins to ask the questions and I notice that there are numbers, 1-2-3-4-5 he starts circling them. I could see the paper, and he notice me looking so he curved the paper up so that I couldnt see what he was writing. At that point I could still see, but got the point he was trying to give and stopped looking at it. He went through all the questions and it was alright but I noticed he was circling a lot of low numbers. I'm guessing I didn't get the job. Anyone who works there could you please fill me in on info like regarding the interview and what not. I know there is like three interviews. He said that they will call me regarding if I did get it or I didnt get it no matter what, before two weeks was up I would get a phone call. I'm pondering if I will get the job. I mean I already have a part time job and I would love it to get another job full time casheiring giving me 40 hours a week. Please all you Comp USA workers please help me out. Mail me even!

My guess is you knew TOO much about computers. You have an IQ higher than you shoe size and are able to give practical information to those that come in instead of, "Yea, this eMachine will be the only computer you ever will need to buy. It's never obsolete."

Two weeks = no job. With the jobs I've gotten (4 of them now), I've gotten a call back after the interview in about 2 days. Well, for one, I was offered the job before the interview

I find Best Buy's process interesting. You do some sort of voice response questionaire over the telephone, and if they are interested, they call you back. When I applied in June, I got a call for a real interview within 4 days (applied on a Thursday).. By Monday, I already had a job and returned the guy's call that I wouldn't be interviewing. Two days after that scheduled interview, I got another call from the same store asking for an interview. I guess I passed that telephone interview.

I'd think CompUSA is about the same. If they need you, they'll call pretty quickly. I'd say, start shopping around at other places..
