tmobile is terrible in the bay area. i had it for 7 months and I was getting dropped calls left and right. I recently switched to att gsm and i've noticed a huge difference.

I took care of my little brother this past school year because he got in a lot of trouble up at mom's house. He used my phone last month, ran up a bunch of minutes and then moved away. Typical crap.

Bill was $600 for about 4000 minutes. My plan is $50 for 3000 minutes. T-Mobile has a 5000 minute plan for $129.

I am hoping I can either get A) A courtesy credit or B) Retroactively apply the 5000 minute plan to last month

I was thinking that maybe if I renewed my contract that expires next month, they might be willing to work with me... whatever I gotta do. Any ideas?

Pay your bill. It's your own fault you let your brother use it. There's a reason you have only 5000 minutes and not 6000. BTW: What kind of person can possibly use 6000 minutes in one month??? That kid needs help.

I guess your going to have to pay it in the end man. They can lose your custom and you got to pay the $600.

They may be kind and let you off but I think thats unlikely in this case........
