Anyone play Q4 on hard??

I am and the first bit of the game was cake on hard. A little before you get turned into half strogg it gets tough as hell. I don't know who could beat it on the super hard setting. I have to say I"m impressed with the gameplay compared to Q2. Not as good but very close. Q2 was the shiz when it came out. I still play it from time to time.

I can't get into Q4 at all, it doesn't feel right. In fact, it bores me

I played it on the second hardest setting the first time and I thought it was pretty easy for the difficulty level, I'll try it again on theh ardest soon.

On hard it isn't bad the first half or so of the game but then it gets pretty darn hard. You start running low on life and armor then they start skimping on the ammo, I almost completely ran out of ammo once.

Yep, played it through the first time on hard. Took me about a week to finish the game.

I really cant imagine beating the larger enemies on the super hard setting. Especially the ones with homing rockets.

The most diffucult setting(nightmare?) is insane. Your shots have to be like 90% accuate if it's anything like past games.

I'm doing the average or normal setting. I like it that way though because my gaming time is very limited. i've had the game since it came out and I have not beat it yet.

Hope you said that about HL2 also. They are on par with eachother as far as I am concerned.

Nope, I'm really into HL2. Finished it 5 or 6 times now. Maybe I'm just not in a games phase atm cos I can't get into FEAR either, even though that appears to be a much better game than Q4.
