Apex tv's??

Ok so no Apex. What would be the best tv for under $500 then?

My first DVD player was an Apex. After maybe a year, if even, I bought a Toshiba and gave the Apex to my dad. A few months later it died on him. So, I think you changing your mind about Apex is a good decision.
