Damn those hot Preshott.
It was one of the CPU coolers that I did consider as a replacement to the Intel stock cooler for a Pentium D 830. I was fed up with the idle temperature and noise.
A review of the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 is at:

After reading a series of reviews online and in print for various CPU coolers, I started off with narrowing my choices down to:
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7, Cooler Master Hyper 6+, Thermalright XP90, Thermalright XP90C, Scythe Katana, Scythe Ninja, and Themaltake Sonic Tower.
At the end, I settled for the Scythe Katana, used with thermal compound AS5 in an Antec P180 case, the idle temperature of the Pentium D 830 is reported at 37 degrees Celsius by EasyTune. In my opinion, the Intel stock cooler was evidently not sufficient for the Pentium D 830 as EasyTune reported idle temperature at 48 degrees Celsius and the fan spins at about 4000RPM. The Katana is only 300g, the 92mm fan spins at about 2000RPM and does a very efficient job in my opinion.
One of the biggest concerns these days with CPU coolers is the weight associated with the heatsink.
