I have been doing the p90x/ insanity work outs now for a while. They each stress the importance of a recovery drink afterward. Now I never got their brand, but I instead drank the Syntha-6 protein after work outs as my post work out drink. I have been discovering that after a work out, I often feel dizzy/sick like I may vomit. I thought perhaps it was just because I worked really hard and that was it...maybe even just dehydrated. I have not been drinking it after work outs lately and I now feel fine. So do you think it is that brand/type of protein that upsets my body?? If so.. what else should I try? I think I am going to try soy protein that my g/f said she used to drink after she worked out. Also, if that does not work, would eating 1-2 chicken breast, or even some fish fillet be the same thing as the stuff one may buy at GNC?? Thank you for reading this post and your replies.
